Refund

Due to the time and product that goes into each service, we unfortunately do not offer any refunds. We offer free adjustments to technical errors, such as uneven haircuts. Please notify us of any errors within 48 hours of your appointment. Any requests after 48 hours will not be accommodated. Adjustments need to be scheduled within 7 days of notifying us, and with your original stylist. 

Appointment Cancelation

Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment. Your appointment may be cancelled if you fail to show up within 15 mins of your appointment time.

Waiver Notice

By receiving waxing or tinting services at Heena’s Beauty Studio, you understand that these treatments may cause skin sensitivity or reactions. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or any medical conditions, we recommend consulting your doctor before your appointment.

  • Heena’s Beauty Studio and our beauty professionals are not responsible for any allergic reactions, irritation, or undesired results. Any corrections needed will be at your own expense.

  • Clients under 16 must have a parent or guardian present during the service.

  • By proceeding with your appointment, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
